Many attorneys cower at the thought of going to court. What does this mean to the client? Whether a civil case or criminal case, it means less leverage to settle out of court. It means inadequate representation in court. See recent cases for verification of the success of Frank J. Cremen in representing his clients.

Mr. Cremen has been trying cases for the past 30 years. A former Chief Deputy District Attorney, Mr. Cremen has earned a reputation for excellence in the courtroom. He is a member of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers and is an "A" rated member of Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1968. After serving in the United States Army for two years, he attended and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1973.

He began his trial work in Las Vegas as a prosecutor for the Clark County District Attorney's office. After many high-profile trials there, he started his own practice in 1979.

Since then he has represented thousands of clients in federal and state courts and before administrative boards throughout Nevada. Many of his cases have attracted widespread media attention. He also has served as special prosecutor for the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline. His prosecutions resulted in the removal of two judges and the resignation of another.
